Rocket Canada Steel Buildings require no caulking for waterproofing because the last 9" of panel is smooth allowing the panels to fit snugly together. This makes assembly simple and easy, thus saving 30-40% on construction time.
Competition's Panel Overlap
The last 9" of our competitor's panels are crimped preventing them from fitting snugly together. This makes it difficult to assemble because alignment with drift pins is required adding 30-40% more construction time. Caulking is also required for waterproofing taking up even more time because each overlap requires 4 rows of caulking to prevent leaks from occurring.

Rocket Steel Buildings's Endwall Panel
Rocket Canada's steel building endwall panel is made up of AZ55, which is a compound of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicone, which make them highly resistant to corrosion. They are backed directly by a steel mill 25-year, 6-month warranty. These steel building panels also have a Florida testing approval for high wind velocity (150mph). Florida approval number FL-5898.
Competition's Endwall Panel
Other steel building manufacturers have a panel made up of AZ50, which are 50% aluminum, 48.5% zinc and 1.5% silicone. They only back their building with a 20 year warranty NOT directly from the steel mill and no Florida testing.
